How do I determine my correct helmet or boot size?
We provide detailed sizing charts on every product page. For helmets, measure the circumference of your head just above the eyebrows. For tall boots, we recommend measuring your calf width and height while wearing your riding breeches and socks.
What is your return policy for riding apparel?
We accept returns of unworn items with original tags attached within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for safety reasons, riding helmets cannot be returned once they have been worn in the saddle.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Standard orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 3 to 7 business days via our preferred sports equipment carriers.
Do you offer a warranty on Ovation tack and equipment?
Yes, all Ovation Riding products are covered by a one-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal equestrian use.
Can I track my shipment once it has left the warehouse?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.
